Boaters: Bring your boat! Use the boat ramp to launch your boat and tie up to your houseboat or if you have a large boat, use one of our moorings at the nearby anchorage..
Fishermen: This is a fabulous area for fishing the mangroves for snook and tarpon. We also have kayaks you may use, a five minute paddle puts you in some of the best light tackle fishing in the Keys.
Divers and snorkelers: In addition to Pennekamp, which is on Key Largo, this central location is a short drive to the Biscayne Marine Park.

This is a perfect houseboat for a couple or a couple with a small child or just some close friends. With its double bed and convertible
sitting/sleeping area this is a great deal for the low price of just $95 a night or $650 for the whole week.

This is our new 42 ft addition that is great for a large group since it sleeps 6 with a double bed, bunk beds and double bed futon couch. Enjoy this houseboat for $150 a night or $950 a week.

Gilbert’s Resort


Our marina fees entitle guests/owner to complete use of pool, two shower/bathrooms at marina. The resort features the last great tiki bar in the upper Keys and it is very popular, especially on the weekends. There is usually some type of live entertainment just about every night and a full weekend of music. Sunday is a real fun day at Gilbert’s with live entertainment from 2pm-7pm that is generally appealing to a wide variety of audiences with a laid back tropical flair. The tiki bar food is excellent and there are a number of little tiki huts that people can go to for group activities plus a small beach suitable for children. The beach is also a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine on a moonlit night.

Keys Adventures
Policies


A reservation/security deposit is required to hold your reservation and will be refunded
after your stay once we have determined the boat is in the same condition as it was when
you checked in.

All guests must register and PAY IN FULL prior to staying on the boat. There will be NO
REFUNDS for shortened stay unless arrangements have been made with us prior to your
arrival.

SMOKING inside the boats is prohibited and doing so will result in loss of your
reservation/security deposit.

There will be a $20.00 fee to replace lost boat keys.

CHECK-IN time is 3:00pm or later. CHECK-OUT time is 12pm. If you need other
arrangements, please call and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation Policy:
BEFORE 30 DAYS of your stay your reservation/security deposit will be fully refunded.
LESS THAN 30 DAYS of your stay will result in a forfeit of your reservation/security
deposit.

Hurricane Policy:
If you are checked-in and staying on a boat and have to leave due to a mandatory hurricane
evacuation, you will only be charged for the nights you were able to stay. If you choose to cancel because the possibility exists, the above cancellation policy will be in
effect.

Pet Policy:
No pets unless prior approval and an additional fee. If pet is NOT approved at time of
reservation and one stays it may result in loss of your security deposit as well as rental fee.

Personal Items:
We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items brought on houseboats by renters.
Please remember it is a marine environment and we recommend keeping electronics
protected at all times.
